Hi Rita, good on you. The prayer I use is very simple.
" We ask for Christs Holy golden light to surround and protect us, we ask our Angels, archangels, Ascended Master and any loved ones that would like to be present during this healing meditation, we ask that all healing and divine guidance be given for our highest good and in Divine Order, we thank you."
Very simple and very effective, I find inviting in Spirit to work with us during meditation is very beneficial to all in getting guidance in their lives. Good luck and enjoy.x

No problem, I just checked in, and my hubby was at home and than it doesn't work, meditating.
aha then it is for me 11.45.
Will you sent me your prayer you use? here or in a message, I will try to attend next tues......
I really like to join you in spirit.
And browsing at the net and iTunes gave me a lot of info about eft.
I want t help my little girl, little? she 12 and my youngest, she got PDD_NOS, so I want to write her a tapping script, in Dutch, she hasn;t got english at school, I prefer english tepping scripts and meditations, sound nicer, so i am going to ask her what is bodering her what she don't like, and what she do want.
You know this happened just in a few weeks, after listening to 2010 tapping telesumitand seeing a video with tappy bear.
There is also a nice podcast, free!!!!!! at iTunes with pamela burner and brad yates, Brad is become my fav. tapping ......what have I to call it........
So I feel myself going the way up

hi Squaze, sorry just checking my email now, yes we start with a little prayer and then go into meditation, we have wonderful group this morning and sent our loving healing energy all over the planet. We are same time as UK. Happy Easter.xx

Aha Ireland, sorry I thought you were in the states, forgive me....lol, do you use uk time or european, we are one hour ahead on the uk.
Do you use a kind of prayer to start with, I have meditate before, and there we said a kind of prayer.
At times we could make it to the place we had to go we did it in our home as well, I sat at a quiet place and concentrated on the others.
I am very exited, I did like to meditate.

We are in the West of Ireland, we meditate for up to 25 mins on Tues mrngs and then send out healing energy to world

east, middle or west, depends where it is, east is 6 hours later west is 9 to 10 hours later...lol

THE HIGH NOON TAP
Thank you to all who tap each day at noon, for our global brothers and sisters. On top of our list right now:
Please hold space and tapping energy for those who continue to suffer in Syria, those rebPalestine and Jerusalem, the troubles in West Africa, the nuclear aftermath that continues in Japan, the slow rebuilding in the Phillipines, conflicts and refugee situations across the world.
There's never a lack of things to tap for! Worldwide conflicts affect us all, and displace millions. Natural disasters such as tornadoes, hurricanes, floods and drought also abound, so keep them in your thoughts as well, please.
When we practice tapping with our global brothers and sisters, we ARE ONE. Let's SHIFT, together, with one another on behalf of those who cannot - for whatever reason. Thank you! You may simply want to tap for their grief, healing, and also for the chance to bring peace to themselves and others. Here in the states, we continue to ask you to tap with us, using our recent bombing and shooting tragedies in this country, in support of non-violent solutions and better mental healthcare! In times like these, we offer prayers, surrogate tapping and advocacy, using our power to change what is within our power to change -ourselves and one another.
