More On That Trauma Discussion

I was glad to see Rue Hass' commentary on the traumas the US suffered in December; these kinds of things always rock me to my core.  I know I'm not alone in that, and that this marvelous set of energy techniques we all practice has HUGE benefits -- for the local people directly involved, as well as the locals who serve them.  But not only them!  Just as important are those of us who suffer along with them empathetically as we hear the relentless details of the news cycle. (It's hard to convince the media that this re-traumatizes those watching.)

No doubt one of the hardest things is to feel we can only sit on our hands and watch it all, helplessly.  So, with that in mind, I wanted to tell you that there is some hope brewing along those lines, and in our own country!  There is a response model in progress, and you can find out more from me, Jondi@TapFest.com, or from the nascent site: Newtown Project   We are proceeding slowly, carefully, safely and conscientiously.  Because...these folks need help.  Because... unfortunately this will happen again, somewhere.  And because... we CAN bring healing to the world.

We go with other heart-centered models in our sights, a beacon of light and good in the world - Margot Diskin in Tanzania and Kenya, Deepak Mostert in Indonesia, Lori Leyden in Rwanda, Deborah Miller in Mexico, Till Shilling in Ecuador. Suzanne Zacharia in South Africa, Rod Sherwin in Australia....and so many more that have joined relief efforts in Haiti, Japan, New Zealand.... (many of these amazing tapping experts are on our radio show archives, under TapFest, at BlogTalkRadio and EFTradioOnline.com, for free.)

More on this project as we go; in the meantime, I invite you to support us with your thoughts, prayers, energy, and even a buck or two to speed the way for the volunteers who are giving themselves so whole-heartedly to this endeavor.

Until I see you here again, I choose peace - Jondi, coFounder, TapFest
