EFT Tapping Meridian Points Affecting Brain Health and Brain Chemistry

We had great fun on the radio show and Jondi then invited me to speak at the First Annual North East EFT and Energy Event, where I had a chance to share the stage and learn from so many remarkable EFT tappers.
This is where I will post some of the information I spoke about at the conference.

Eye Brow (EB) BL 1& 2 Bladder (Kidney, Bones, Blue Water)
The Water Elements holds the space for Fear to Wisdom, Ease and Abundance.
Imagine the blue of the water elements (Baldder, Adrenals and Kidneys). The blue of a calm lake, a sunny blue sky, a favorite piece of blue clothing, a shiny blue car.
The flow in the bladder and kidney meridians are most active in the afternoon and early evening. Bladder 3–5 pm; Kidney 5–7 pm. If you feel better or worse during those times consider how to borrow support or add support to these organs, remove blockages and flow these energy systems.

She talks about the connection between the eye brow point and the Bladder Meridian. Relieves: Trauma; hurt; sadness; restlessness; impatience; frustration; restlessness; dread. Balances: Ability to find inner peace; emotional healing.

Bladder Meridian: Blue Water Elements, Blue is also the color of the throat chakra.
You can access Bladder 1 or UB 1 at the beginning of the eyebrow, just above and to one side of the nose. Another way to say it is .1 cun superior to the inner canthus. A cun is the distance between the first and second joint of the index finger. It is smaller on a baby than on an adult. In many adults a cun is around one inch.
The exit point for the Bladder meridian is UB 67 on the outside of the fifth toe .1 cun posterior to the corner of the nail.

I have found the neurotransmitter associated with the Bladder meridian is cortisol. When cortisol is out of balance it affects stress levels, memory, concentration and the intelligence of the choices you make.
Harvard Business professor Amy Cuddy did an interesting study looking at the effect of posture on cortisol levels and found that standing or sitting for two minutes in a Wonder Woman or Superman pose (hands on hips feet apart, head up, chest out) decreased costisol levels and increased testosterone levels. you can watch here video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ks-_Mh1QhMc
