    You are welcome! I am impressed by your getting all the conference call stuff figured out, so this is definitely a mutual admiration society! To answer your question about how to use this: because we can broadcast messages to members of a group, if people in specific time zones join their 'time-zone group', we can help them find others to combine TapFest events with. Or, we could send a note to a specific time zone telling them we need coverage for a particular TapFest. That's just a start on how to use this.
