Rod, I could not seem to get on this phone number, but I did tap for and with you, including along with your tapping video. Kudos to you for your work. I look forward to talking with you after these tapping events. - Jondi/EFT Practitioners Pool

I know this is short notice, but, I also know that because you have a super brilliant subconscious mind, we can pull this off.

I encourage you read Rod Sherwin’s letter written specifically to all the TapFest members. Here is an opportunity for us to come to the aid of men, women, and children suffering from the devastation of the bushfires in Australia. Rod Sherwin from Australia has made it easy for us by supplying us with a list of tapping issues to give us specific emotions for our set-up phrases and reminder points.

Lead a teleconference call March 19th at 8PM in your area and time zone or join other EFT practitioners on their call. The Event Section of TapFest will be open for you to post your teleconference tapping session to help the victims of the Victoria bushfires.

210 dead and rising, 2,029 properties lost, 78 towns affected, 400,000 hectares (nearly 1 million acres) burnt out. 4,000 Volunteer Firefighters.

February 7 in Australia is now known as Black Saturday as, after week of soaring temperatures, a firestorm erupted in country Victoria that took lives, properties, wild life, and bush land. This 5 minute video shows you the range of experienced that people have gone through.

It has been over a month since that catastrophic day and many have still not been able to return to their homes or know for certain what happened to loved ones who are still missing. Thankfully the bush fire season is considered to be at an end this year, but now people have to start rebuilding their lives. In the last month, victims have been solely focused on the survival needs to food and shelter, but once they are allowed to return to what's left of their homes, and as the adrenalin where's off, the effects of this trauma will start to take their toll. A combination of emotions that include terror, shock, grief, anger, panic, hopelessness, sadness, depression, will contribute to post-traumatic disorder (PTSD) symptoms such as
• Intrusive, upsetting memories of the event
• Flashbacks (acting or feeling like the event is happening again)
• Nightmares (either of the event or of other frightening things)
• Feelings of intense distress when reminded of the trauma
• Intense physical reactions to reminders of the event (e.g. pounding heart, rapid breathing, nausea, muscle tension, sweating)
• Avoiding activities, places, thoughts, or feelings that remind you of the trauma
• Inability to remember important aspects of the trauma
• Loss of interest in activities and life in general
• Feeling detached from others and emotionally numb
• Sense of a limited future (you don’t expect to live a normal life span, get married, have a career)
• Difficulty falling or staying asleep
• Irritability or outbursts of anger
• Difficulty concentrating
• Hyper vigilance (on constant “red alert”)
• Feeling jumpy and easily startled
• Anger and irritability
• Guilt, shame, or self-blame
• Substance abuse
• Depression and hopelessness
• Suicidal thoughts and feelings
• Feeling alienated and alone
• Feelings of mistrust and betrayal
• Headaches, stomach problems, chest pain
Following a traumatic event, almost everyone experiences at least some of the symptoms of PTSD. It’s very common to have bad dreams, feel fearful or numb, and find it difficult to stop thinking about what happened. But for most people, these symptoms are short-lived. They may last for several days or even weeks, but they gradually lift. Sometime, however, the symptoms don’t decrease. People don’t feel a little better each day. In fact, they may start to feel worse. And PTSD doesn’t always develop in the hours or days following a traumatic event, although this is most common. For some people, the symptoms of PTSD take weeks, months, or even years to develop.

It is not only those directly affected that need our help. The volunteer firefighters and emergency staff have seen things that will hopefully never see again. The blanket coverage on the media al

Rod Sherwin will kick off with an 8pm teleconference call, Australian time.
If you're planning a teleconference call to tap for the victims of the bushfires start your teleconference at 8pm in your time zone. Let the energy extend around the world.
Rod Sherwin brings extensive insight to the problems in Victoria, Australia and has said that he will try and make every teleconference event that is scheduled.
This should be an amazing healing opportunity for all EFT practitioners to tap globally.

THE HIGH NOON TAP

Thank you to all who tap each day at noon, for our global brothers and sisters. On top of our list right now:

Please hold space and tapping energy for those who continue to suffer in Syria, those rebPalestine and Jerusalem, the troubles in West Africa, the nuclear aftermath that continues in Japan, the slow rebuilding in the Phillipines, conflicts and refugee situations across the world.

There's never a lack of things to tap for! Worldwide conflicts affect us all, and displace millions.  Natural disasters such as tornadoes, hurricanes, floods and drought also abound, so keep them in your thoughts as well, please.

When we practice tapping with our global brothers and sisters, we ARE ONE.  Let's SHIFT, together, with one another on behalf of those who cannot - for whatever reason. Thank you!  You may simply want to tap for their grief, healing, and also for the chance to bring peace to themselves and others.  Here in the states, we continue to ask you to tap with us,  using our recent bombing and shooting tragedies in this country, in support of non-violent solutions and better mental healthcare! In times like these, we offer prayers, surrogate tapping and advocacy, using our power to change what is within our power to change -ourselves and one another.

Please post onto the Forum section your comments, requests and results.  With deep gratitude,
