Dee O'Mara No improvement after a month of tapping

I was told about EFT about 4 weeks ago, read the manual and have been tapping daily ever since. Although I think there could be something in EFT, I have had no sustained improvement in my arm pain. No change in my tinnitus at all during or after tapping. And I cannot say that my PTSD re bushfires has improved, as I seem to be just as upset the next time I return to tap on it. Sequoia Warner Weight Loss Kicks in Effortlessly

I am doing great. Because I tapped at the scene of the wreck, I have no emotional charging around it. Woke from my nap to someone pounding on the window. I rushed to dress, there is a young man, asking if the blue van was mine. His girl friend swerved to miss a cat and took out the back end of my van. Old van, held together by bubble gum and bailing wire.
