strengthen your inner leader ... the one that changes the world.

Here is a study on EFT for Test Anxiety that you may want to use when talking with Principals and/or school counselors to get EFT into the schools:

Benor, D. J., Ledger, K., Toussaint, L., Hett, G., & Zaccaro, D. (2008). Pilot study of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Wholistic Hybrid derived from EMDR and EFT (WHEE) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Treatment of Test Anxiety in University Students. Abstract presented at the Tenth Annual Toronto Energy Psychology Conference, October 25. You can see a short summary of this study on Gary's website:http://www.emofree.com/Research/Research-accepted/eft-whee-cbt-anxi....

Some other websites you may want to go to to get other resources/ideas etc. for getting EFT in to schools are:
eftintoschools.com, http://www.schoolmademucheasier.com/, and http://www.tappybear.com/blog/ .
Hope this helps.

Thanks Kathryn,

I am taking EFT to an Indian Ed program at the local elementary school in October. It will be my first time. Am using both Tappy Bear and the ImAGr8Kid videos. This is my first venture into the schools. I am a little nervous, but the information is so vital to children's emotional health and happiness.

Thanks for sharing this information here.

We're delighted to hear it and hope you'll check in with us again to report back! I know your spirit and intent will precede you into the school; the rest will be coming through you, not from you, yes?! I am delighted, delighted. Sue Tarlton and I are also preparing to take some of our EFT in schools work into a few in New York City, so we can ALL have stories to share, yes? Good on you, Sequoia - Jondi
