Each of the articles point out some great ideas on how to prepare to do surrogate tapping, like; clearing any resistance to the issue you are tapping on and any resistance to surrogate tapping (especially if you are doing a global tapping).

Deborah and Karen's article referenced "Gregg Braden's work" with regard to the whole concept of if and why surrogate tapping may work, so I looked him up and found some interesting info on his website:  www.greggbraden.net, "Building a New Wisdom through Science and Spirituality" that I highly recommend you check out.  He's got a video interview that is about the quantam leap/spirituality link that really supports our idea of global tapping.
