What defines Peace? Tapping for Peace.

This took me into Tapping for Peace which I am using something on these lines on the day.
' Even though there is so much pain, so much fear, so much hate ..Peace comes from within ..I love and accept myself and find peace within'
' all this fear'
'all this pain'
'all this hatred'
'all these negative emotions'
'if I can remove these negative emotions'
'and put Peace there'
'perfect Peace'
'I have so much space in my body for Peace'
'in every cell in my body'
'of which there are trillions'
'if I can fill them with LOVE'
'all this Love spreading through me'
'all this Love in every cell in my body'
'then there is no room for fear'
'no room for pain'
'no room for hate'
'no place for war'
'only room for Peace'
'this feels soooooooooooo good'
'wonderfully peaceful'
'quiet'
'tranquil'
'calming'
'beautifully peaceful'
PEACE ( tap around several times just saying PEACE)
' now if I can Forgive'
'Forgive everyone and anything that has hurt or harmed me'
'done wrong to me'
'even if I can't for now'
'thats OK'
'but at least I am using the word forgive'
'and someday something may change'
'with that one word FORGIVE'
FORGIVE ( Tap around points just saying FORGIVE
' I am soooooooooo GRATEFUL
'grateful to live and love in a world full of Hope'
'I am grateful to be here to day'
'I am grateful to be Tapping for Peace'
' I am Grateful I live in a world where what I am doing now'
......Is possible'

'Then world peace is possible'
'anything is possible'
'It starts from within first'

THE HIGH NOON TAP
Thank you to all who tap each day at noon, for our global brothers and sisters. On top of our list right now:
Please hold space and tapping energy for those who continue to suffer in Syria, those rebPalestine and Jerusalem, the troubles in West Africa, the nuclear aftermath that continues in Japan, the slow rebuilding in the Phillipines, conflicts and refugee situations across the world.
There's never a lack of things to tap for! Worldwide conflicts affect us all, and displace millions. Natural disasters such as tornadoes, hurricanes, floods and drought also abound, so keep them in your thoughts as well, please.
When we practice tapping with our global brothers and sisters, we ARE ONE. Let's SHIFT, together, with one another on behalf of those who cannot - for whatever reason. Thank you! You may simply want to tap for their grief, healing, and also for the chance to bring peace to themselves and others. Here in the states, we continue to ask you to tap with us, using our recent bombing and shooting tragedies in this country, in support of non-violent solutions and better mental healthcare! In times like these, we offer prayers, surrogate tapping and advocacy, using our power to change what is within our power to change -ourselves and one another.
