Trauma relief for thousands of people suffering from the earthquakes

Hi, this is Lillian Fimbres writing. Sue Tarlton and I did this amazing radio show on EFT Radio Online last Sunday July 25th. I think the first question I asked my guest was ' are you just an ordinary man?' Deepak Mostert is just an ordinary man with the skills that you and I have, EFT. Perhaps the situation and the event is what put Deepak in the most extraordinary position. Indonesia is constantly shaken by earthquakes. While on a retreat in Indonesia 2006 a major earthquake hit the area killing over 5700 people and displacing over 1.2 million people. Maybe it was fate, chance, serendipity, or the way things just work out, Deepak sprang into action applying his skills in EFT, energy psychology, and the understanding of the symptoms of trauma and started the humanitarian aid organization called TREST Aid, Trauma Relief & Emotional Support Techniques.

Listen to the show. The number of people that he has help with PTSD is astounding. And it was'nt just the 2006 earthquake that TREST Aid was used, but another one hit Indonesia in 2009. The man is a marvel at organizing and logistics.

But really what I write about is that this type of application of EFT, tapping on the meridians really works. It's no idle dream for changing the quality of lives on a massive scale.

What I find interesting is that EFT seems to work better in non-Western societies. Maybe I should speak for what I know, the country I grew up in, the U.S. Here we want every thing fixed yesterday, we question every thing, we don't trust that miracles happen. But we love the treatment, the attention, and we treasure being comfortable in being uncomfortable. Americans I think invented and perfected misery loves company.

This is Sue Tarlton. That radio interview was fun as well as enlightening! When you wonder what one person can do, you look to people like Deepak Mostert and you have your answer: plenty! What a joy it was to interview him and hear his story! See TREST Aid for more information or write him at info@trestaid.com.

Thank you to all who tap each day at noon, for our global brothers and sisters. On top of our list right now:

Please hold space and tapping energy for those who continue to suffer in Syria, those rebPalestine and Jerusalem, the troubles in West Africa, the nuclear aftermath that continues in Japan, the slow rebuilding in the Phillipines, conflicts and refugee situations across the world.

There's never a lack of things to tap for! Worldwide conflicts affect us all, and displace millions.  Natural disasters such as tornadoes, hurricanes, floods and drought also abound, so keep them in your thoughts as well, please.

When we practice tapping with our global brothers and sisters, we ARE ONE.  Let's SHIFT, together, with one another on behalf of those who cannot - for whatever reason. Thank you!  You may simply want to tap for their grief, healing, and also for the chance to bring peace to themselves and others.  Here in the states, we continue to ask you to tap with us,  using our recent bombing and shooting tragedies in this country, in support of non-violent solutions and better mental healthcare! In times like these, we offer prayers, surrogate tapping and advocacy, using our power to change what is within our power to change -ourselves and one another.

Please post onto the Forum section your comments, requests and results.  With deep gratitude,

Everyday, at noon, wherever you are, please tap for someone else in the world.  Imagine, over 800 of us, tapping wherever we are, each day!  Imagine.... If you need help with how, or what to say, check out the resources files, above.

We are delighted to accept donations to TapFest in order to continue our efforts. Thank you!
